LEWISBERRY, PA--(Marketwire - January 28, 2010) -Unilife Corporation (Company) (ASX: UNS is pleased to announce that implementation of the schemes of arrangement occurred on 27 January 2010 and accordingly the Unilife group has now completed the final stage of its redomiciliation in the United States of America.

Participants in the schemes of arrangement (Schemes) between Unilife Medical Solutions Limited and its shareholders and optionholders were allotted their new securities in Unilife Corporation on 27 January 2010.

Issuer sponsored holding statements and CHESS allotment confirmation notices will be despatched to holders of CHESS Depositary Interests in the Company on 1 February 2010.
